Service Partner SMS Notifications

How HeyProactive text messages reach service partners: what they are, when they are sent, and how to stop them at any time.

What these messages are

HeyProactive may relay homeowner-initiated service-coordination text messages to service partners connected to a homeowner or property. These messages help coordinate repairs, maintenance, scheduling, follow-up, and related home-service activity.

Messages are sent for service coordination, not marketing. We do not use purchased contact lists, and we do not send promotional or bulk campaigns to service partners.

How a service partner receives messages

A homeowner connects, or already works with, a service partner in the course of managing their home. When the homeowner sends a service-coordination message from inside HeyProactive, HeyProactive relays that homeowner-initiated message to the service partner by SMS, using the phone number the partner already provided to the homeowner.

Service partners are messaged only in the context of a homeowner they are connected to. This page is informational — partners are not enrolled through it, and there is no partner marketing list.

Notice and opt-out

The first SMS in a conversation identifies HeyProactive and the homeowner, explains that the recipient can simply reply to respond, and includes opt-out instructions. A recipient can opt out at any time.

Sample first message:

Travis via HeyProactive re Golfview: Can you take a look at the furnace this week? Reply STOP to opt out.

Every new conversation begins with sender identification and opt-out instructions.
