Delete Your Account

You're always in control of your data. You can delete your HeyProactive account and associated app data at any time.

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the HeyProactive app and tap the HeyProactive logo to open the menu.
  2. Go to Account Details.
  3. Tap Account & Security.
  4. Tap Delete My Account and confirm. Deletion requires a two-step confirmation.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at team@heyproactive.ai from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What deletion does

Account deletion removes the user account and associated app data from active systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deactivate instead

If you'd prefer to keep your data but temporarily disable access, you can deactivate your account from Account & Security. Deactivation preserves your data and you can reactivate by logging in again.
