Do Not Sell My Info
California Privacy Choices · Last Updated: June 29, 2026
California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
HeyProactive does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing or participate in data brokerage. We share information with service partners only when you ask us to — for example, to fulfill a service request. This preference is on by default.
Your choices
- In the app, open Account Details → Account & Security and review Do Not Sell My Info (on by default).
- While enabled, we do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We still share only what is necessary to provide the service you request (for example, connecting you with a service partner you choose).
- This setting applies to your HeyProactive account and does not affect other companies' practices.
Other California rights
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us at team@heyproactive.ai with the subject line “California Privacy Rights.” We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
In-app controls
You can manage your data directly from within the HeyProactive app under Account Details → Account & Security. You can also delete your account at any time from that same location. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.
